In 2017 Lakol Magazine was honored to be a media sponsor of The 6th Annual NAAHP Conference at NYU School of Law. The conference was a meeting of minds of Haitian leaders in the Diaspora. The event had 400+ attendees that addressed a range of topics from healthcare and workforce development to innovation and banking. This year great emphasis was placed on student development and providing the proper training and exposure needed to excel in careers.
